Kicking Off the UDC Project: Highlights from Our September 17-18 Visit - Unified Development Code (UDC) Kickoff

Our journey toward a comprehensive and community-focused Unified Development Code (UDC) began with an exciting project kickoff on September 17th and 18th. These initial meetings allowed Able City staff to connect with City staff from the Planning, Code Enforcement, Building, and Police Departments, as well as key stakeholders, laying the foundation for a UDC that truly reflects the needs and values of our city.
